Collabit was founded by Michella (Tuna Girl) and Adrian (Chemist Boy), two passionate innovators from North Sulawesi. Michella brings a deep-rooted legacy in Bitung’s fishing industry and a drive for ocean preservation and social impact.
Adrian, a biotechnology expert who returned from the Netherlands, brings scientific expertise and a mission to unlock the value of Indonesia’s marine resources.
Founded in Bitung—the Tuna Capital of Indonesia—in 2019, Collabit began with a simple but bold dream: 100% fish utilization. Every part of the fish should be used and upcycled to its highest value, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
