Nasi Goreng Collagen Recipes

All you need is:

  • 1 plate of cooked white rice (preferably cold/leftover rice)
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 small shallot (or 1/4 onion), sliced

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Steps to make:

  • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
  • Add garlic and shallot. Stir-fry until fragrant.

  • Add the rice. Stir well to mix everything.
  • Add sweet soy sauce, regular soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir again until evenly coated.

  • Serve hot with optional toppings.
