OUR STORY

Michella, whose family has a longstanding history in the Bitung fishing industry, is passionate about social impact, innovation, and preserving the ocean. She intends to address the challenges faced by the fishing industry and be a beacon of hope and kindness for the ocean, fish, and fishing communities.

Adrian, having pursued higher education in The Netherlands and specializing in biotechnology, possesses valuable expertise and experience in state-of-the-art settings. Despite this, his desire to contribute to his home country’s development and utilize local resources led him back to Indonesia.

By combining Michella’s industry experience, social impact initiatives, and Adrian’s biotech knowledge, scientific research capabilities, as well as the influence of both their families in North Sulawesi, we aim to develop a cutting-edge marine biotechnology and engineering solution.

Our ultimate goal is to create a new profitable business model for the fishing industry, while alleviating the pressure to overfish. We aspire to make nutrition readily available and accessible in Indonesia to both the masses and marginalized communities.
